Here is one of our current kitchen remodeling projects we’re working on in Scappoose, Oregon. The homeowners wanted more space and an overall refreshed feeling in their custom kitchen. So, we have added 145 square feet to enlarge and reconfigure this kitchen area.
Shown in the photo below is the kitchen before it was demolished by our team.
Here, you can see the rough new addition. When we remodel a kitchen, we keep the homeowner’s appliances operable at the end of the day. As you can see we placed the sink and dishwasher on rollers, so it can be moved around easily. The fridge, oven, and stove are operable as well.
The rough plumbing is completed and the rough electrical is almost done. Next, we will install the insulation and sheetrock.
Plus, we also added 150 square feet covered patio off the new kitchen!
