Project Overview
With a passion for cooking, the homeowners found that they had outgrown their kitchen space. We gave their passion room to flourish, starting with the addition of 145 square feet, which created enough room for a fully-appointed traditional kitchen with a contemporary feel, plus dining area. The addition not only adds more room to prepare meals, but also an improved flow with space to entertain.

- Custom clear hickory cabinets with custom Spanish Oak stain by F&C Custom Cabinets
- Painted island
- Bordeaux Blanc granite countertops fabricated and installed by Absolute Marble & Granite
- Subway tile backsplash with 2×2 mosaic accent
- All new appliances and fixtures, including kitchen sink in the color Truffle by Blanco
- New plank tile flooring that starts at the entry and leads into the kitchen
- Covered patio
- Corner desk with granite top
- All new lighting (can lights, under cabinet and homeowner selected pendants)
