Jeff & Trina Spang – Owners

Owner/builder Jeff Spang possesses both a discerning eye for detail and the highest standards for quality – whether in the office pouring over potential floor plan revisions or walking a job site to oversee construction – he has a passion for honesty, integrity and doing things right.

In addition to his residential experience, Jeff has a well-rounded background in the construction industry. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University supporting his work experiences in; commercial projects, public works, permitting, pre-construction, field management and engineering. His depth of knowledge and experience combine to ensure that a project runs smoothly, no detail is overlooked and a superior finished product is the end result.

Jeff values his community. He is a proud member of the South Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and the Home Builders Association. He has also volunteered his time and expertise to his local school district’s Long-Range Facilities Planning Committee and Budget Committee.

Trina Spang plays an invaluable role as office manager, finish coordinator and client liaison. She assists with materials selection and managing all the finishing touches that help a house develop its true and unique character. Her exceptional professionalism and service gets the job done, and the process will be an enjoyable one for you.
